Tena's Perfume Bottles and Mirrored Tray

Made with Photo Impact 6

Open a blank canvas 400 x 400
Go to path drawing tool..rectangle..3d
border 15, depth 30.

Apply a gradient, glass texture for vibrant color..or whatever suits your taste. Here I am using a gradient.

Path drawing tool..circle..make a topper for your bottle.

Hold down the shift key and select both of your pieces..merge as single object.

Right click and duplicate.
With your duplicate piece active go up to format , brightness and contrast..keep clicking to get it darker..you want it about 2 shades darker than your original image..

Select the eraser tool..with the duplicate selected erase all but the bottom of your bottle. Leaving as much as the image shows. This is going to make your bottle look like it has liquid in it .

Now place the darkened piece over your other piece..with shift key and selecting each piece..right click ..
merge as single object.

Right click and duplicate your bottle.

Go to edit..rotate and flip ..vertically
Place your duplicated piece under the original piece.

Right click on the piece you placed under the original..select properties..where it says
transparency..I used 50

Hold down the shift key..select each piece..merge as single object..this is your first bottle.

Now lets make another bottle.
Go to path drawing tool...custom shape..select round shape 1

Make your shape..select the color you want.

While active go to edit path tool..toggle..pull down the middle bottom point.

For your topper , go to path tool, custom shape, select raindrop.

Do just as before buplicating..darkening..erasing, duplicating again..flip vertically, set transparency, merge bottle
This is your second bottle.

I will leave you to create the rest of the bottle you want for your mirrored tray, just follow the steps from the first bottle you made for each of them.

Now lets make a mirrored tray.
Open another blank canvas....400 x 400
Select path drawing tool..elipse.

290w x 115h

Go to material gallery, metallic, silver1
Click on material button..transparency ..
set to 50

Then using the elipse ..make another oval to go under your glass..choose the color you want for it..right click it.send to back.

Select outline drawing tool... width 4
Lets put a ring around the oval tray.

Now pull all the bottles you made onto your tray..arrange them how you want them to be...you'll most likely notice that the some or all of the bottles reflections are coming off the tray.

So let's do something about it.

Select one of the bottles that is coming off the edge of your tray..select the eraser tool..and erase the part that is coming off the mirror portion of your tray..and thats it........

I also applied a shadow to my bottles..
do so , if you so desire.

Now you have some beautiful bottles on a mirrored tray...make a table to go under it..make a ladies vanity to set it on.

Have fun with it.
